Team Report
Nick Sirianni remains the stabilizing head coach of a roster built to contend. His value is continuity, situational command and the ability to preserve a physical team identity while the offensive staff changes around him.
Faze Take
Philadelphia remains a contender, but its 2026 fantasy profile demands judgment instead of blind trust in the logo.
Bet on the elite talent. Barkley has a real rebound path in Mannion's modern rushing structure. Hurts still owns one of fantasy football's best rushing and touchdown foundations. Smith has the nominal WR1 opportunity, while Lemon brings the premium investment and upside to reshape the passing hierarchy.
The risks are clear. Mannion is a first-time NFL offensive coordinator. Kuper must maintain Stoutland's line standard. Smith must turn opportunity into better weekly consistency, and Lemon must earn the role his draft capital suggests.
The draft plan is disciplined: Barkley in Round 2, Smith in Rounds 5-6, Hurts in Rounds 6-8, Lemon in Rounds 6-7, Goedert in Rounds 9-11 and Eagles DST late. Bet on talent without inventing certainty.
The strongest direct fantasy rebound case belongs to Saquon Barkley. Better sequencing and more varied run looks can create cleaner access to his explosive ability. The receiver benefit is less automatic because a new passing structure and a reshaped depth chart still must establish weekly distribution.
Vic Fangio gives Philadelphia one of the league's clearest defensive identities. His ability to disguise coverages, limit explosive plays and build answers around versatile personnel keeps Eagles DST firmly draftable.
The approved coaching grade is B.
Snapshot
Philadelphia remained a high-end football team, but its fantasy production was not uniformly dominant.
Jalen Hurts produced approximately 308 fantasy points with a strong touchdown foundation. Barkley rushed for 1,140 yards, but his weekly profile fell from the extraordinary standard of 2024. DeVonta Smith surpassed 1,000 receiving yards without producing dependable weekly ceiling games, while Dallas Goedert's 11 touchdowns preserved a useful tight-end season.
The offense continued to win with talent, line play and physicality. The year also showed that name value alone does not guarantee consistent fantasy production.
Philadelphia changed the shape of its offense without abandoning its core strengths.
A.J. Brown's departure opens the nominal No. 1 receiver position for Smith, but it does not automatically make Smith a locked fantasy WR1. Roseman invested the No. 20 overall pick in Makai Lemon, added Hollywood Brown and Dontayvion Wicks, and preserved Barkley, Hurts and Goedert as the veteran foundation.
Jeff Stoutland's departure matters. Chris Kuper inherits an excellent line with a demanding standard, and the transition must be monitored rather than dismissed.
The approved offseason grade is B.
Philadelphia projects as a 10-7 playoff team with enough roster strength to reach 13-4 if the offensive transition lands quickly. A reasonable floor is 8-9 if the passing distribution, line transition and schedule create prolonged inconsistency.
The fantasy environment remains concentrated around established talent. Hurts retains elite rushing and touchdown equity. Barkley has a credible rebound path. Smith has more opportunity but must prove he can turn it into stronger weekly consistency. Lemon carries the most exciting young-receiver upside.
Strengths
Risk Watch
Offense
Philadelphia should remain a physical offense built around Hurts, Barkley and a powerful line, but Mannion can make the presentation less predictable.
Wide zone, motion, condensed formations and play action should create clearer run-pass conflict. The offense does not need to abandon the Tush Push or its downhill personality. It needs to connect that physicality to more efficient spacing and sequencing.
Smith is the nominal WR1. Lemon is the highest-upside young receiver. Goedert remains a middle-of-field and red-zone answer. Hollywood Brown and Wicks provide complementary competition rather than locked fantasy roles.
Defense
Fangio's defense should again be versatile, disciplined and difficult to diagnose.
Philadelphia can create pressure without sacrificing coverage structure, and the personnel supports multiple fronts and disguised looks. That combination gives the defense a dependable weekly floor with matchup-driven turnover and scoring upside.
Eagles DST is draftable late. It does not require an aggressive premium because streaming remains viable, but the unit belongs in the standard draft pool.
Team Report
The line remains a major strength and a central fantasy asset.
Its ability to create movement supports Barkley's rebound case and protects the designed-rushing value that separates Hurts from most fantasy quarterbacks. The unit also gives Mannion the flexibility to use deeper play action and under-center concepts.
The concern is coaching continuity. Kuper inherits an excellent group, but Stoutland's standard and institutional influence cannot be assumed to transfer immediately.
Team Report
Philadelphia's front remains built to affect games with depth, speed and alignment flexibility.
Fangio can vary pressure without exposing the secondary, and the roster supplies enough talent to win with four while still creating simulated-pressure looks. The fantasy effect is a stable sack and turnover environment for Eagles DST.
Team Report
The secondary benefits from Fangio's structure and a front capable of speeding up opposing quarterbacks.
Philadelphia's coverage answers and disguise can limit explosive plays, but the challenging schedule still creates weeks when matchup quality should determine whether fantasy managers start the unit.
Faze Context
Philadelphia matters because elite real-football talent intersects with meaningful fantasy uncertainty.
Hurts remains an elite quarterback target. Barkley has a legitimate Round 2 rebound case. Smith receives the opportunity fantasy managers wanted but still must prove he can deliver a stronger weekly ceiling. Lemon can become the offense's most valuable new variable.
The team is good enough to support multiple fantasy starters. The draft advantage comes from separating established roles from assumptions created by the depth chart.

Team Report
High
Philadelphia has six approved Draft Targets and several additional watch-list players.
Barkley is the Round 2 talent bet. Smith belongs in Rounds 5-6, Hurts in Rounds 6-8, Lemon in Rounds 6-7 and Goedert in Rounds 9-11. Eagles DST is a late-round selection or streamer.
Hollywood Brown, Wicks, Bigsby and Stowers should not be promoted into standard targets before their roles become materially clearer.

Player
Target Round
Bet on elite talent, featured usage and Mannion's potential rushing-game lift.
Draft the nominal lead receiver at a price that still accounts for volatility.
Elite rushing and touchdown ceiling without forcing quarterback too early.
Aggressive upside target supported by premium draft capital and available opportunity.
Proven red-zone tight end at a manageable price.
Late-round draftable defense and strong streaming option.
Hollywood Brown, Wicks, Bigsby and Stowers are watch-list players rather than approved standard Draft Targets.
Team Report
Hurts produced approximately 308 fantasy points in 16 games with 3,224 passing yards, 25 passing touchdowns, six interceptions, 421 rushing yards and eight rushing scores.
His 69% Consistency profile included one BOOM, six HIT, four MID and five BUST outcomes. The rushing floor and goal-line role remain elite, while Mannion's motion, spacing and play-action concepts create a path to improved passing efficiency.
The risks are the offensive-line coaching transition and uncertainty around a first-time NFL play-caller.
Target range: Rounds 6-8.
Barkley produced approximately 223 fantasy points across 16 games with 1,140 rushing yards, seven rushing touchdowns, 37 catches, 273 receiving yards and two receiving scores.
His 56% Consistency profile included one BOOM, seven HIT, one MID and seven BUST outcomes. The 2025 weekly volatility was real, but his featured role, touchdown ceiling and explosive ability remain intact.
Mannion's modern rushing structure strengthens the rebound case. Age, workload history and the Stoutland-to-Kuper transition remain the primary risks.
Target range: Round 2.
Smith caught 77 passes for 1,008 yards and four touchdowns in 2025. His 41% Consistency profile included one BOOM, two HIT, four MID and ten BUST outcomes.
Brown's departure gives Smith the nominal WR1 role, but the opportunity should not be confused with a guaranteed weekly ceiling. Lemon's arrival and the broader receiver competition make Smith a strong value only at the approved price.
Target range: Rounds 5-6.
Lemon enters the NFL with premium first-round draft capital and a clear path to meaningful work in an unsettled receiver room.
He has the best combination of youth, investment and upside among Philadelphia's new receivers. The risk is immediate-role uncertainty, not a lack of talent or opportunity.
Target range: Rounds 6-7.
Goedert caught 60 passes for 591 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2025, producing approximately 158 fantasy points.
His 60% Consistency profile included two BOOM, four HIT, three MID and six BUST outcomes. The touchdown total may fluctuate, but his established role and trust with Hurts keep him draftable.
Target range: Rounds 9-11.
Wicks produced one BOOM and 13 BUST outcomes in 2025. The roster change gives him a new opportunity, but the historical weekly profile does not support treating him as a standard target.
Monitor whether he earns a dependable role in Mannion's spacing and play-action structure.
Brown adds veteran speed and route experience to the competition behind Smith and Lemon.
He can earn situational value, but his current role does not support a standard redraft recommendation. Monitor his usage rather than drafting the name.
Bigsby supplies physical backfield depth behind Barkley.
He matters as a contingency player, not as a projected committee equal. Philadelphia must establish a dependable complementary workload before he becomes a standard target.
Stowers is a developmental receiving tight end behind Goedert.
His second-round investment matters for the future, but a rookie breakout should not be manufactured while Goedert retains the primary role.
Team Report
Hurts remains the only standard quarterback target.
His rushing floor, goal-line role and Top-5 ceiling support a Rounds 6-8 recommendation. Mannion's system can improve passing efficiency, but first-time play-caller uncertainty and line continuity prevent an earlier price.
Barkley is the featured back and a Round 2 target.
The opportunity, touchdown ceiling and explosive ability remain high-end. Bigsby is the contingency back to monitor but should not be projected as an equal committee participant.
Smith and Lemon are the approved targets.
Smith is the nominal WR1 and belongs in Rounds 5-6. Lemon is the upside bet in Rounds 6-7. Hollywood Brown and Wicks are watch-list players whose roles must become clearer before they enter the standard draft plan.
Goedert remains the preferred tight end in Rounds 9-11.
Stowers is an appealing developmental player, but his immediate opportunity is capped while Goedert remains healthy and central to the offense.
Eagles DST is draftable in the late rounds and usable as an early-season streamer.
Fangio, the defensive front and the coverage structure create a dependable foundation. Matchup-based management remains appropriate.
Schedule
Schedule Difficulty: Challenging.

The Week 5 game against Jacksonville is played at a neutral site in London. The Week 10 bye arrives at a useful midpoint after division games against Dallas, Washington and the Giants.
Philadelphia closes with a challenging fantasy-playoff sequence. The 10-7 projection respects the roster's contender-level ceiling while accounting for offensive transition and a demanding finish.
Team Report
Seattle and Houston bring enough defensive talent to punish inefficient offense, and San Francisco creates the most difficult road environment of the three.
The roles should be established by then. Hurts' rushing floor and Barkley's workload remain dependable, while Smith and Lemon will need the passing hierarchy to become clear before fantasy managers can treat either player as matchup-proof.
Team Report
| Player | Market | Faze | Diff |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saquon Barkley | 13 | 16 | -3 |
| DeVonta Smith | 43 | 44 | -1 |
| Jalen Hurts | 69 | 64 | +5 |
| Makai Lemon | 85 | 89 | -4 |
| Dallas Goedert | 112 | 113 | -1 |
Hurts is the clearest positive FAZE value relative to market. Barkley, Smith, Lemon and Goedert remain approved targets at their specified rounds even though FAZE is slightly more conservative than the market on their exact overall placement.
Team Report
NFC East Label: Challenging
Dallas brings an established offense, Washington remains dangerous around its quarterback and the Giants can create difficult defensive matchups. Philadelphia still has the best complete roster in the division, but no easy path should be assumed.
The Eagles can win the division. The schedule and offensive transition make a runaway projection too aggressive.
Team Report
Projected Record: 10-7
Philadelphia projects to finish 10-7.
The ceiling is 13-4 if Mannion's offense clicks quickly, Kuper maintains the line standard and Fangio's defense remains elite. A reasonable floor is 8-9 if the passing hierarchy, line transition and late schedule create sustained volatility.
This is a contender-level roster with enough fantasy concentration to support six Draft Targets. The central question is not whether Philadelphia has talent. It is how efficiently the new offensive structure turns that talent into weekly production.

Philadelphia has the roster, quarterback, coaching stability and defensive foundation to remain a clear playoff favorite. The challenging division, offensive transition and difficult close keep the projection below the league's most certain teams.
